I devised this system in 2008 – then stopped using it as other systems came into being. I checked how it would have performed on Saturday 26/09/09 and the results included 33-1(1) 7-1(1) 4-1(1) 11-8(1) 33-1(3) 10-1(4)( +26.37pts). A dip into the system in October and November 2008 showed the following results 08/11/08 - Rated 1^st 33-1(1) 10-1(1) 7-2(1) 01/11/08 - Rated 1^st 7-2(1) Rated 2^nd 12-1(2) 11-8(2) 6-5(2) 25/10/08 - Rated 1^st 20-1(1) 7-1(2) Rated 2^nd  10-1(2) 3-1(3) 18/10/08 - Rated 1^st 6-5(1) Rated 2^nd 20-1(1) 15-2(2) 12-(3)

Winners include - 50-1, 33-1, 25-1, 25-1, 25-1, 16-1, 16-1, 16-1, 16-1, 14-1, 14-1, 14-1, 14-1, 11-1, 11-1, 11-1 – I haven't mentioned the winners with odds below 11-1 (and there were 77 of them !!! )This rating system came about after I investigated how the 50-1 shot Wun Chai won a handicap hurdle on 16/02/08. I nearly fell off my seat when I then rated the rest of the days races to discover that what I applied to Wun Chai also produced these winners 14-1, 17-2, 5-1, 5-4, 5-4, 5-4, 4-5, 4-11 also 6 placed including 28-1(3) + 14-1(3). Yes there are losers but just look at the winners!!! I knew it would be difficult to produce a level stake profit out of the sheer number of rated horses – however I decided I would stick with the basic system and look to include the winners in multiple each way bets. You may decide if you purchase this system to add in your filters to reduce the number of bets – but you must agree if you can capture the winners it has produced you will be winning well. I use this system on a Saturday – you may decide to use it daily up to you – however all claims and results are Saturdays only. It will only take you about 5 -10 minutes to rate all appropriate races and then use the top 2 rated in each race to land some tasty winners. This system is based on using The Sun newspaper however the theory behind it means it can be used all week if you used the racing press or racing websites and would include every race. I have called it The Saturday Horse Racing (Rating) System as I only use it on a Saturday.However the results shown and system description are based on using The Sun newspaper on a Saturday only. It will only take you about 5-10 minutes to rate all appropriate races and then use the top 2 rated in each race to land some tasty winners. This rating system is not about making a level stake profit betting on all selections. It's about picking the quality horses in a race and by putting them in multi each way bets getting a big payout. You may decide to add in your own filters and reduce the number of selections. Filters may include – pick lowest odds horse out of 2 rated, highest spot-form etc. Also there are 2 rated horses in most races so again you may decide on a filter to only choose one of the top 2 rated per race. This is a very basic rating system but as the results below show it picks some very tasty winners 50-1, 33-1, 25-1, 16-1 etc and placed horses and they keep coming week after week.
